LOGSA(LOGistics Support Activity)
This is the United States government's primary repository of military ETMs. You can perform keyword searches through the ETMs collection, but only for words that are contained within the document's title and description (keywords inside the ETM itself are not searched). By contrast, MILDOCS.COM provides keyword searching through the entire contents of every single ETM. You are required to apply for access to the LOGSA site, and access is normally only granted to government agencies.

Portrayal Press
Portrayal Press is a well-known company in the military vehicle collector community, and specializes in printed reproduction manuals and books on historic U.S. military vehicles, including military motorcycles, jeeps, military trucks, scout cars, tanks, amphibians, and much more.

Military Vehicles Mailing List
A free mailing list for collectors of military vehicles of all kinds.  This is a very active list with thousands of subscribers worldwide.  You ask a question, and you will get many answers!

Jeffrey F. Jones' GovPubs.com Site
Jeffrey's site offers a wide selection of CD-ROMs that mostly contain a single government ETM for between $9.99 and $29.99, including shipping. This is more expensive than MILDOCS.COM's pricing ($9.95 for the CD and $1 each for all the documents you can fit on the disc), but Jeffrey has many non-government documents such as political science, health and safety, and even a collection of antique risque pictures that may be of use to some people.

eBay
eBay is an excellent source for purchasing printed military equipment manuals and CD-ROM based government and military ETMs. Be careful when purchasing CD-ROMs from sellers on eBay because many of the ETMs offered on eBay are poor-quality homemade image scans of printed manuals, so they cannot be searched by keywords even locally on your computer. Be sure to ask if the ETMs are "live text" or image-based before you bid!

You can download the Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Systems web site for free. Versions are available for almost all computer platforms and versions.
